Results from the Pilot Experiments with PhD Students within the Project „Engineering Education and Science for the Benefit of Business in the Design of Heat Transfer of Electronic Equipment“

In the paper we present the results from the pilot experiment with PhD students within the scientific project „Engineering Education and Science for the Benefit of Business in the Design of Heat Transfer of Electronic Equipment” at the University of Plovdiv. A company in the field of electronics gave three PhD students a project on the topic: “Thermal design and simulations of heat transfer on a desktop-based computer system”. During the pilot experiment, doctoral students developed a thermal model of a desktop-based computer.
