Detection of Respiratory Diseases Using Bispectral Analysis Method

摘要

The subject of this study is the lung sounds of healthy people and patients suffering from bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The aim of the study were to identify the characteristic features of lung sounds of healthy and sick people, using bispectral analysis method, and finding the differences between them. This helps to differentiate patients according to their bronchopulmonary system state. As a result based on the identified features, an algorithm has been developed and proposed which can be used by a pulmonologist in the diseases diagnosis.
