Based on Rain Classroom, the paper designed interactive strategies in the course of "Python programming" to explore the effects by experimental research. The research finds that technology-enhanced teaching interactive strategies affect college students’ programming learning activities as followed: (1)improved the interaction between students and content, teachers, students; (2)extended the length of students’ extracurricular programming (3) improved students’problem-solving ability, algorithmic thinking and cooperation level; but there was no significant difference between the two groups of the promotion of critical thinking and creativity; (4) significantly reduced programming anxiety.
