摘要

To improve the experimental operation ability of students and provide a real human resource management environment for students, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resource simulation teaching system at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity of building human resource simulation teaching system. During the process of system design and implementation, Java language technology combined with SSH and MVC framework is mainly used to improve the system availability and reduce the system reliability. It also designs the technical and functional structure of the system, and divides the code package for the system according to the SSH framework used by the system. The system is introduced in detail by using class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram, E-R diagram, etc. Finally, the system is deployed, and corresponding functional and non-functional of each module are tested. The empirical results show that all the functions of the human resource management business are realized.
