Perspective-2-Point Solution in the Problem of Indirectly Measuring the Distance to a Wagon

The article considers an algorithm for solving the problem of indirectly measuring the distance to a wagon by reducing it to solving the Perspective-2-Point problem. It is shown that on a straight section of a railway track at distances up to 50 meters, an absolute error of measuring the distance to a locomotive or wagon is no more than 1‥2 meters.
