摘要

Exosomes were successfully isolated from adult BM-MSCs and were characterized through standard techniques. Our preliminary studies suggest that stem cell derived exosomes could impart regenerative benefits in AAA induced degeneration of vascular tissue. Further studies are being performed to assess the pro-elastogenic and anti-proteolytic effects of SC derived exosomes.
