摘要

In this study we demonstrated the feasibility of fabricating an immune-tuning scaffold able to act on infiltrating macrophages. Our immune-tuning scaffold is able to elicit a differential inflammatory response in comparison whit the untreated defect. The cartilage regenerated in vivo by CSCL had similar structure and function to the host tissue. Our immune-modulatory materials could perhaps better restore the homeostasis of the native cartilage acting directly on the modulation of early inflammatory status.
