摘要

These preliminary studies demonstrate that our engineered MP Avac formulation can (a) modulate the inflammatory environment in the paws of CIA mice towards anti-inflammation, (b) prevent the progression of collagen-induced arthritis in an antigen-specific manner. Herein, we show that this MP Avac is a potent biodegradable treatment option for CIA with tremendous potential for translation to use in humans.
