User authentication of smart mobile devices and cloud storage services

As smart mobile devices are more common in recent years, people's lifestyles are gradually changed by the new technologies and services. Cloud storage services attract more and more attention to internet access and the trend of resource synchronization. We are able to connect to the internet via smart phones or tablet computer whenever and wherever, and fully synchronize and backup all files and document status data on different devices. However, the diverse features of smart mobile devices and the convenience of cloud storage services are double-edged swords that bring new security threats. The research simplifies the requesting process from mobile user devices to cloud storage servers, and ensures the entire service security by user identification authentication via telecommunication and the use of various encryption techniques. Mobile device users may request the cloud servers for uploading, downloading, sync and other function services. Finally, it is expected to strengthen the integrated service applications between telecommunication and cloud storage services with the research, in order to bring both sectors into the next level.
