PURPOSE: A mobile banking service system and method is provided to shorten communication time in the case of using a phone banking service through a mobile terminal by installing access and authentication information in the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile banking service system consists of a mobile terminal(100), a communication network(300), and a phone banking service server(400). The mobile terminal(100) is connected with the phone banking service server(400) through the communication network(300) so as to use a phone banking service. In the mobile terminal(100), a phone banking module(110) is installed as an application program to provide menus and to transmit and receive information. In addition, the mobile terminal(100) comprises an authentication key and information storage unit(200) storing the user's financial information, authentication, and personal information. The authentication key and information storage unit(200), interfaced with the phone banking module(110), is formed so that the user can use a phone banking service at a minimum of selection.
