This paper evaluates family-group visitors' attitudes toward interactive exhibits at the National Museum of Natural Science in Taiwan to examine their behavior processes, reactions, level of learning. This study hopes to provide museum visitors with a dimension of consideration on research and a reference frame for museum exhibit planning. The research findings indicate that (1) most family-group visitors' visit the Science Center for entertainment, followed by education and learning purposes; (2) an increased length of visit influenced the frequency and content of parent-child interaction, although more static exhibits were unable to provide children with sufficient auditory or visual stimuli; (3) family visitors who stayed for shorter periods had better learning experiences than those who stayed longer; (4) a greater number of visits produced a lower level of satisfaction; and (5) visitors from Central Taiwan expressed greater satisfaction than visitors from other regions.
