摘要

The block length of the assembled nanorod was precisely controlled by click chemistry to manipulate cellular uptake. The side decoration with biomolecules were performed by surface exchange of CTAB with carboxylate-functionalized PEG. Especially, folic acid unit-containing end-to-end assembled nanorod with side SH-PEG-COOH functionalization is possible to be surface-immobilized with other biomolecules. As more number of nanorods linked by clicking, we could manipulate nanorod location staying on cell membrane.
