Is there any difference between the subject which is not regulated by the treaties and the subject regulated by the treaties which have a few state party? 1. The Art. II of the 1979 MA demonstrates the common understending of the states, therefore can be considered as "other treaty" to interpret Art II of the 1969 OST in accordance with systemic integration concept. (Art 31/III-c of the VCLT).
