Investigation and Countermeasure Study on Influencing Factors of Career Planning of Teaching Auxiliary Staff in Colleges and Universities

With the further popularization of higher education and the reform of the college graduation system in China, the scientific issue of college student management becomes increasingly critical. Colleges and universities represent students' last learning stage at school before they take up working posts. In addition to mastering job skills through specialized knowledge learning, it also covers the settlement or mitigation of a series of problems such as life, psychology, values, employment and scientific student management, which needs to rely on teaching auxiliary staff. In order to improve the management level of teaching auxiliary staff in colleges and universities so as to meet the needs of university education development, to promote the smooth transition of college students from school learning to social responsibility shouldering, and to establish the construction of the career planning mechanism for teaching auxiliary staff, upon an analysis on the influencing factors of career planning of teaching auxiliary staff in colleges and universities in this study, suggestions on optimization are raised on the basis of the investigation reality of 821 auxiliary staff members in regular colleges and universities of Shandong in comparison with the existing system.
