Objective: To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode in the practice classes of oral histopathology. Methods: The effect of teaching was evaluated through closed-book examination and questionnaire. Results: The exam scores in diversified teaching mode group were superior to those in traditional teaching group. The evaluation of students to diversified teaching mode is higher than that of traditional teaching mode, especially in the aspect of learning interest, learning ability and communication between teachers and students. Conclusion: The diversified teaching mode has received good results in the practical teaching of oral histopathology, which has aroused the initiative and enthusiasm of students and cultivated their comprehensive ability.
