To Practice Management Innovation and Reinforce the Foundation of Intellectual Property Strategy

Intellectual property (hereafter referred to as IP) has become increasingly important in comprehensive national strength of a country. Innovative and effective IP management can greatly improve the creation, protection and operation efficiency of IP. Besides expounding the meaning of innovative IP and IP management, this article aims to identify the current problems in the IP management and propose appropriate innovative strategies so as to promote the coordination and smooth movement of the work of IP and accelerate the pace of construction of an innovation-oriented country.
