Abstract-Human Resources play a very important role in Insurance industry such as in banking and other Services organizations. Employee is an invaluable asset for the success and growth of an organization. Employees or Human Resources of any institution/organization/company are fundamental assets who transform from material assets to productive resources in order to satisfy the social needs of the country. This paper mainly focuses on the HR Issues and Challenges in Insurance Industry. To conduct this study, exploratory qualitative approach has been in practice. Theoretical frame work has been developed from the literature, data collected from the multiple sources of evidence in addition to books, news papers, journals, websites and other professional magazines. Primary data has been collected using a survey that was conducted, based on refined questionnaire with insurance agents, senior managers, CEOs, and mangers/officers. Key Words: Insurance; Risk Management; Human Resources; Challenges and Issues.
