In all countries it is desired to develop a geo-spatial network analysis for new vehicle distribution Where automotive data is limited, known behavior and measurable economic factors are used to create statistical models to produce surrogate registration data. Possible data sources include: 1. Geographic country and internal political boundaries. 2. Geographic country and internal political boundaries with addition human activity measures, such as, nighttime satellite light distribution, satellite imagery of ground use and visual satellite imagery. 3. Cartographic information (maps), such as, road network, rivers, mountains and other land uses 4. Locations of cities or political boundaries with corresponding demographic information, population, households, economic activity, employment or sales of specific products. 5. Brand outlet locations and a measure of their size 6. Industry outlet locations and a measure of their size 7. Brand registrations at a country level 8. Industry registrations at a country level. 9. Brand registrations within a specific political boundary 10. Industry registrations within a specific political boundary. 11. Brand registrations at specific spatial locations. 12. Industry registrations at specific locations Various statistical models are utilized to estimate new vehicle purchase demand from the available data sources The analysis methodology is used for countries around the globe.
