PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and apparatus, in a power system of an electric power company including a photovoltaic generator and wind power generator, that can obtain an estimated output value of a distributed power source (photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation) in more detail and with higher precision and that can an estimate true total demand power values to be supplied by the electric power company when the distributed power source is not available.;SOLUTION: A region to which an electric power company supplies electric power are sectioned like a mesh. Each of the sections includes means 110, 111 that measure an amount of solar radiation and a wind velocity and distributed power supply output estimation means 12 that estimates a distributed power supply output based on the amount of solar radiation and the wind velocity. Thus, a distributed power supply output can be estimated in detail and with high precision from the amount of solar radiation and the wind velocity for each mesh-like section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
