Detailed stability map and bistability investigation for injection-locked Fabry-Perot semiconductor lasers

摘要

Novel, complex, multi-valued locking range and stability map are obtained for injection locked F-P lasers through inclusion, for the first time, of all supported modes. Predicted slave laser bi-stability is explained and experimentally confirmed.
