摘要

The tracer diffusivities of atoms in Cu_3Sn have been determined at temperature 110°C, 130°C, 150°C and 170°C by using the novel systematic way developed by our group, which takes advantage of chemical effect in the intermetallic compound. Cu was found to be the dominant diffusion under the temperature range with lower diffusion activation energy. The lattice model of Cu_3Sn was investigated to further discuss the correlation to atomic diffusion behavior.
