PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly crystalline compound of β-NaFeOstructure comprising Zn atoms, Sn atoms and N atoms and a method for the production thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a crystalline compound of β-NaFeOstructure comprising Zn atoms, Sn atoms and N atoms, where a half-value width of a diffraction peak in a (121) or (002) crystal face belonging to the crystalline compound by powder X-ray diffraction method is less than 0.5°.SELECTED DRAWING: None
