Investigation of inter- and intramolecular dynamics of disaccharides by temperature-dependent terahertz spectrum

Terahertz spectra of various disaccharides, including cellobiose which is not well investigated previously, were measured. Terahertz spectrum was successfully obtained in wide temperature range from 98 K to 298 K. The origins of the spectrum were discussed by analysis of their temperature dependence, and comparing related disaccharides.
