Fabrication and Characterization of 4.3-inch Carbon Nanotube Cold Cathodes for Field Emission Flat Panel Light Source

摘要

Study has been carried out into the key technological issues related to the fabrication of 4.3-inch CNT field emission flat panel light source. Controlled growth and post treatments are found to be effective approaches for achieving uniform luminescence of the light source.
