摘要

Field emission mechanism from diamond-like carbon (DLC) film remains controversial even for more than ten years studies. Electrons traversing through dielectric or conducting channels are expected to exist in the film but the exact form is unclear [1]. In this paper, we try to design a high resistance tunnel in diamond-like carbon film by nanodiamonds embedded, and the inhomogeneous surface properties are studied by different technique to reveal the inner mechanism of field emission.
