摘要

Influenza virus causes an acute, mostly self-limited, infection of the upper respiratory tract. Several aspects of influenza infections are still unresolved. Most of these unresolved aspects will require a quantitative analysis. As we enter the era of quantitative virology and immunology, a simple agent model of influenza infection has been introduced and presented in details. The proposed model has been simulated based on Immune-B environment. Our results show that effected T-cell dynamics in the first and second phases of infection correspond well to clinical data. The aim of this study was to develop a computational model of influenza infection and to simulate the natural history of the disease and to test predictive parameters of disease progression.
