In this paper, we address the problem of robust stability and control of 2-D discrete uncertain systems with delayed perturbations described by the Roesser state-space model (RM). Firstly, By utilizing the Lyapunov method, sufficient conditions for 2-D discrete systems with unstructured and structured delayed perturbations to be stable are presented. Next, state feedback controllers are design to stabilize such systems. The results are delay-dependent and can be expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, some numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of present approaches.
