THE EFFECT OF RECIPROCITY NORM ON ETHICAL COMPROMISE: A CROSS-CULTURAL INVESTIGATION

摘要

This study examined the effect of reciprocity norm on the likelihood of ethical compromise inexchange relationships. Experimental studies were conducted in cross-cultural contexts of theU.S. and Kenya. The results indicated a significant and positive relationship between reciprocitynorm and the likelihood of ethical compromise in both contexts.
