摘要

This paper presents an estimation method of motion errors of porous air bearing stages and its experimental verification. The motion errors are predicted from the rail form errors in cooperation with the transfer function method. The rail form errors are measured using displacement sensors and specially designed measuring device. Then, the motion errors are predicted and verified from the experiment.
