摘要

The ROQET project proposes to develop a system of competences assessment for the teachers/trainers of vocational education centres. The model is adapted to the systems within the different nationalities, with reference to the Common European Framework for Quality Control. The transfer of innovation is based on the QUTE project. The self-assessment system offers a complete methodology with the necessary tools for ensuring the improvement of quality in education, keeping the confidentiality of the obtained data and the teaching staff anonymity.
