摘要

In this study, novel tissue adhesive hydrogels based on catechol conjugated chitosan and thiol-terminated Pluronic were developed. These thermo-sensitive, injectable and tissue adhesive hydrogels showed excellent mechanical properties and stability in vitro and in vivo. They were able to immediately form adhesive gels to the tissue after injection, holding high potential for medical applications like arresting bleeding. These catechol functionalized chitosan and Pluronic composite hydrogels are expected to apply for novel tissue adhesives for drug delivery and tissue regeneration.
