摘要

Personnel is the main force of urban development and construction,in this paper,personnel vitality is to measure the dependent relation between the cities and personnel,and from the innovation point of view to research and explore the impact factors of personnel innovative vitality.Mainly use the system dynamics causal analysis methods and multivariate statistical analysis to learn the principal component analysis as the analysis methods,to extract data in 2006-2010 as a five-year sample from the statistical bureau of Jinan city for empirical research of the city personnel innovative vitality,based on survey data of Jinan personnel innovative vitality factors,mainly key factors in principal component analysis and comprehensive characterization of the refining.
