摘要

Psychological contract is the important theoretical framework for analyzing employment relationship.Psychological contract breach is the employees' cognition that the organization fails to fulfill its responsibilities,which is a useful construct for evaluating the sensing of quality of employment relationship.This study aims at researching on the cognition differences of the employees at different career stage.With 463 samples,the study shows that the levels of psychological contract breach of the employees at different career stage are quite different.The employees at exploration stage have the highest level of psychological contract breach,and the employees at exploration stage show the lowest both at two dimensions in the psychological contract.Finally,the implications of the founding is suggested.
