Application Data Mining Technology in Identifying and Analyzing Decision-making on the Road Black Spot

It establishes a suit of system of identifying and analyzing decision-makings on the road black spot, and raises a method of identifying the road black spot based on DBSCAN algorithm concerning the consistency clustering analysis, then makes use of an improved APRIORI algorithm in reference to the association rule to analyze the data. Subsequently it proposes a new data mining model of the road traffic accident to find the potential valuable and relational laws, which can offer important references to institute practicality fathering schemes and defending measures.
