The present invention relates to a data analysis technique for an electronic civil complaint board, and a method for analyzing the data of the electronic civil complaint board, according to the disclosed technique, is executed by a data analysis server of the electronic civil complaint board, which can be connected to a data base engine for saving data (hereinafter "static data") that is statically built based on information on a complainant to the board and the corresponding post, and a data mining engine for generating data (hereinafter "dynamic data") that is mined by dynamically executing data mining with respect to the pertinent post. The method for analyzing the data of the electronic civil complaint board comprises the steps of: (a) selecting at least a portion (hereinafter an "analysis subject group") from a definite number of subjects for analyzing the electronic civil complaint board; and (b) confirming whether at least one subject (hereinafter a "first subject"), which is included in the analysis subject group that is selected, is related to at least a portion of the static data. As a result, the disclosed feature can economically and very efficiently analyze data.
