As the development of science and technology, we are entering the information society with a very quick step. As an obviously important element in society informatization, network technology has greatly changed the way we learn, live and communicate and has been more closely linked with our daily life. Network age has produced positive impacts to ideological and political education of university students. Thus, attaching importance to ideological and political education in network has become an inevitable choice. Therefore, carefully studying characteristics and laws of university students' ideological and political education under the environment of network and actively exploring new ways to improve and enhance this kind of education are of great significance.
