For the contradiction between the high output torque and high output speed in Small ground robot power output matching, A third gear speed change mechanism proposed used for small robots, the concrete structure is designed; Then its working principle is Analysied,the workflow of automatically shift is given. At last, given the mechanical analysis for the process of shifting, Verified by simulation to achieve its function of robot transmission.
