On System Changes, Plight and Institutional Innovation of Rural Land

The Innovative system of rural land transfer may let fanners share more results of urbanization and industrialization, may show more apparently the value of assets of collective land and promote farmers to gain more property income. At the same time, the market order of collective constructional land should be regulated so as to greatly reduce the hidden transactions. Strengthening the government's regulation and supervision toward the collective land market, rural land transfer will open a new path of integration between urban and rural areas.
