The analysis of the training objectives of the vocational and technology institutes in the perspective of ISCED

According to the Standard Classification of Education by UNESCO, the higher vocational education belongs to ISCED 5B. The training objectives of vocational and technology institutes are characterized by open tasks according to the “occupational spectrum” theory, which mainly train the comprehensive vocational ability in a certain vocational area and general practitioners skills in that area, meanwhile, it doesn''t exclude training some oriented job skills.
