Research on the restriction factors of teacher's practical capability

摘要

This paper makes an analysis of the restriction factors in the process of Cultivating Teacher's Practical Teaching Capability by the form of Questionnaire survey. First, using the factors analysis method, 22 restriction factors are extracted to 5 common factors which are the degree of teachers' acceptance factor to practical teaching, the factor about authorities to certify teacher's practical teaching capability, the teachers' working experience factor, the environmental factor, and the system of cultivating teachers' practical teaching factor; further, using the regression analysis method, analyzes the influence of the 5 common factors on the teachers' practical teaching capability. The result indicates that the degree of teachers' acceptance factor to practical teaching, the teachers' working experience factor and the system of cultivating teachers' practical teaching factor are the remarkable factors to the successful promote of teachers' practical teaching capability, while the factor about authorities to certify teacher's practical teaching capability and the environmental factor are not remarkable.
