摘要

This paper analyzed the position and role of the university mathematics in higher education, described the research of the relationship between university mathematics learning and quality education and enforce of human's ability, concluded that the university mathematics fits the age's development and the enforce of human's ability, it is not only a platform for high schools make their dreams come true and a carrier fostering students' application ability and innovative ability, but also it can promote the development of the specialized course and the improving of student's professional quality.
