摘要

High-precision measurement of alignment-surface center three-dimensional coordinate is the key technology of rigid body automatic merging system based on binocular vision. The solution of this technology is presented: images are captured by left and right cameras, and processed by the digital image processing technology, then the center image coordinate is detected by the algorithm of the improved Hough transform. Lastly the center three-dimensional coordinate can be calculated on the basis of binocular vision system during each control cycle. The experimental results show that the measuring errors are 0.130 mm , 0.169 mm, 0.078 mm respectively in each direction of three, so it can satisfy the requirement of precision merging of large rigid body.
