摘要

Lecithin/chitosan nanoparticles as drug carrier system significantly improves the skin accumulation of CP without any permeation as compared with chitosan gel and standard commercial cream. This means that side effects related to topical steroidal treatment can be reduced and the risk-benefit ratio of these drugs can be improved using this novel drug carrier system. Moreover, this formulation did not cause any histological damage on rat abdominal skin layers.
