摘要

Performance assessment is an important means to comprehensively assess the employees' performance. That the various assessing objects are subject to the same assessing indicators and weights seriously affect scientificity and reliability of the assessing results. The assessing objects are grouped according to nature of work, setting with various three-level assessing indicators and weights. The assessing results are comprehensively evaluated to realize quantitative conversion of assessing results, instead of in a qualitative way. It enhances scientificity and reliability of the assessing results using three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. On basis of this, a three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based general performance assessing system is designed and realized. The practical result of use shows that this system features better universality.
机译:绩效评估是全面评估员工绩效的重要手段。各个评估对象均受相同的评估指标和权重严重影响评估结果的科学性和可靠性。评估对象根据工作性质进行分组,并设置各种三级评估指标和权重。对评估结果进行全面评估,而不是定性地实现评估结果的定量转换。采用三级模糊综合评价模型,提高了评价结果的科学性和可靠性。在此基础上,设计并实现了一种基于三级模糊综合评价模型的综合绩效评价系统。使用的实际结果表明该系统具有更好的通用性。
