Land Suitability Assessment System Using the Assessment Index Based On Fuzzy Analysis and Gravity Model Functions Of the Assessment Indicators to Provide a Basis for Urban Planning Including the Park Plan

The present invention relates to a system for a land suitability evaluation to provide as base data of urban planning including park planning by extracting an evaluation target area which is a target for a land suitability evaluation, estimating an estimation index for each evaluation indicator on the extracted evaluation target area, estimating an analysis index by any one among a fuzzy analysis, a gravity analysis, and a ratio analysis for each analysis model according to classification of a standardization method for each evaluation indicator by using a threshold index set on the basis of the estimated estimation index to generate a standardization index, and assigning a land suitability index which can determine whether to develop or preserve a lot of land on each lot number of land.
