Research on Crisis' Influence Factors, Information Systems and Control Strategies

摘要

The factors of politics, society or economy become the reasons of dramatic changes in internal and external business environment or other aspects, leading to the occurrence and spread of the crisis. Firstly, this thesis discusses the influence factors of the crisis from the internal and external levels. Then it expounds the information systems of crisis from the aspects of information collection, analysis, early warning, decision support, information communication and publishing. Finally, it explores the control strategies of the crisis from four aspects: crisis management institutions, recognition and evaluation, control procedures, process control and reengineering. This thesis provides a theoretical and technical basis to the further understanding and management of the crisis.
