The Study of Organizational Knowledge Linkages and Innovation Performance Based on Structural Equation Modeling -An Empirical Study in Software Industry of China

摘要

The paper makes a study of how the knowledge linkages between organizations contribute to the innovation performance of enterprises, and establishes a structural equation model, which takes the quality of knowledge linkages between the enterprise and suppliers, clients, universities and research institutions, agencies and related organizations, government and relevant departments as independent variables, knowledge network structure where the enterprise belongs as the intermediate variable and the enterprise's technological innovation performance as the dependent variable. Based on the first-hand survey data of 74 software companies in China, the analysis shows that the quality of knowledge linkages between organizations exerts significant positive effects on the knowledge network structure of organizations, while the knowledge network structure also exerts notable positive effects on technological innovation performance of enterprises.
