This paper focuses on the relationship of leadership, culture, satisfaction and turnover intention.Result shows: 1. The leadership style of consideration and innovative and supportive culture hasa positive relationship to satisfaction and a negative relationship to turnover intention.2. Job satisfaction is the full mediation of leading style and turnover intention and the partialmediation of organization culture and turnover intention.
