Study on the Educational Training System of New Peasants Based on BN Algorithm

Carrying out peasant educational training and developing rural human resources were the need of agricultural productivity and rural economic development, which were also the inevitable requirement of constructing harmonious society. In order to enhance the human resources supply in rural economic development, the educational training system of new peasant should be established including organization management system, guarantee system and teaching system. It recapitulative analyses the interrelated theory and measure of quantitative analysis such the elements as organization management system, guarantee system and teaching system.
