摘要

Recognition of candidates is the first step of evaluating the feasibility of mergers and acquisitions. The recognition is based on the criteria of acquirer. Hopfield neural network avoids the shortcomings of classic statistic and fuzzy model and embodies the requirements of acquirer. Demonstration indicates that Hopfield network is an effective tool to recognize the target with good performance.
